How to Activate VoWiFi on your device

For Android Devices:
  1. Open Settings: Tap on the Settings app on your phone.
  2. Go to Network & Internet: Look for a section called "Network & Internet" or "Connections".
  3. Select Wi-Fi Calling: Scroll down to find the option for Wi-Fi Calling. It may be listed as "Wi-Fi Calling" or something similar.
  4. Enable Wi-Fi Calling: Toggle the Wi-Fi Calling switch to On.
  • You might be asked to enter an emergency address (for 911/112 services), especially if you haven't used Wi-Fi calling before.
  • If Wi-Fi calling isn’t listed, make sure your carrier supports VoWiFi, and your phone has the feature enabled. Some carriers require you to enable it via their app or customer service.
Check VoWiFi Availability: Once enabled, your phone will automatically use Wi-Fi for calls when you're connected to a Wi-Fi network with a weak mobile signal.
For iPhones (iOS Devices):
  1. Open Settings: Tap on the Settings app.
  2. Go to Phone Settings: Scroll down and select Phone.
  3. Enable Wi-Fi Calling: Tap on Wi-Fi Calling and toggle the switch to On.
  • You may need to enter your emergency address (for 911/112 services) before you can activate it.
Confirm Activation: A pop-up message will confirm if Wi-Fi calling is successfully enabled. Check VoWiFi Availability: Once activated, your iPhone will automatically switch to Wi-Fi for calls if you are on a Wi-Fi network.
Additional Tips:
Wi-Fi Network: VoWiFi will only work when you're connected to a stable Wi-Fi network with internet access.
